一．Machine Manufacturing Service Commitment

1. If the customer selects (mechanical equipment), we will arrange production directly and notify the customer of the production progress regularly.
2. If the product parameters selected by the customer are non-standard products, we will redesign, manufacture, and test according to the customer's parameters until completion. Throughout the manufacturing process, customers can send technical personnel to our manufacturing plant to supervise, inspect, and inspect the entire process of contract product manufacturing to ensure product delivery and product quality.
3. In the production process, if the customer proposes to change or add accessories to the machinery and equipment, we promise to actively cooperate with the customer.
二．Delivery and acceptance service commitment
1. Inform the customer 2 days before delivery, suggest that the customer arrange the goods inspection personnel, lifting equipment, if possible, it is best to determine a warehouse.
2. When the goods arrive at the scene, we will send professionals to contact you for those necessary items,
3. The storage site must be selected when unloading. If it is stored in the open air, the products should be protected from rain, moisture, and theft.
4. During acceptance, please carefully count the quantity of the goods, ensure that the product model and quantity are consistent with the contracted product model quantity. If there are omissions, take remedial measures in time, and the customer acceptance staff shall confirm the completeness of the packing list and visually inspect the appearance quality of the product.
三．Installation and commissioning service commitment
1. We will arrange technicians within 24 hours of receiving the customer's installation notice.
2. Technicians formulate equipment installation sequence and installation precautions according to site conditions.
3. When the technician arrives at the site, the technician will determine the commissioning plan according to the site conditions and guide the customer to make preparations before commissioning; if the parameters are different from the specified values, we promise to find out the cause as quickly as possible.
