IABC/Ouachita member places 1st Runner-Up in Miss Arkansas pageant

IABC/Ouachita member Lauren English placed 1st Runner-Up in the recent Miss Arkansas pageant in Hot Springs. English, who is a junior at Ouachita Baptist University, is also the current Miss Ouachita Baptist University and was Miss Hot Springs 2007.
